When used in conjunction with large-sized 3D laser cutting machines, it can precisely perform spatial edge cutting and drilling on three-dimensional formed workpieces, solving the problem of cumulative errors caused by secondary positioning in traditional processes.

The direct effect of upgrading the production line is the expansion of the capacity boundary. We are now capable of reliably processing complex enclosures and brackets with reinforcing ribs, multi-directional flanges, and deep drawing structures. These components are crucial for the compact layout and structural reliability of air conditioners. Meanwhile, the intelligent system has achieved full-process data integration from order to production, ensuring a high degree of consistency from the first piece to a batch of tens of thousands of pieces, providing a solid guarantee for the stability of customer quality.
