Materials and Fabrication

We work with galvanized steel, cold-rolled steel, aluminum and stainless steel, choosing the material based on environment, weight target and budget. Fabrication includes laser cutting, punching, CNC bending, welding, riveting and assembly. Where corrosion protection is required, parts can be supplied with galvanized coating, powder coating or stainless steel construction. Panels can be prepared for insulation lining, gaskets and sealing strips so they arrive ready for your assembly process.

Our engineers review bend sequences, hole positions and tolerances, and flag features that could slow production or raise cost.
